Morning and afternoon fitness classes for all levels

Location: Oxford Road Corridor, Postgrad Education Centre, Seminar Rooms 1 & 2

10 weeks of twice-weekly training including cardio, stretches, strength training and running to work up to 10k.

Location: Wythenshawe Education Research Centre, Seminar Room 4

5 weeks of twice-weekly training including cardio, stretches, strength training and running to work up to 5K.
